Vendor and Sponsor Registration for Maine Arborist Association Annual Meeting 2024

Sponsorship Levels

GOLD Level $1300

Gold level sponsors receive a free booth with linens and two chairs ($300 value). A One-page ad in the event program ($400 value). Logo in all event publications. Two complimentary event registrations and verbal recognition during the welcome and lunch address.

SILVER Level $900

Silver level sponsors receive a free booth with linens and two chairs ($300 value). A half-page ad in the event program ($200 value). Logo in event publications. Two complimentary event registrations and verbal recognition during the opening address.

BRONZE Level $600

Bronze level sponsors receive a free booth with linens and two chairs ($300 Value). A quarter-page ad in the event program ($150 value) and logo in all event publications. One complimentary event registration and verbal recognition at the opening address.

Booth Rental

Booth Rental $300

Booth rental includes a 2’ x 8’ table, linen, two chairs and complimentary event registration.

Outdoor Display $100

Outdoor space available to display equipment

Program Advertisement

Advertisement in the event program, which is provided to every sponsor, vendor, presenter, and attendee can be purchased at the following levels: Full Page ($450), Half Page ($250), or Quarter Page ($150). Ads must be received by with payment by February 11th deadline.
